Joel Balswick

Joel Balswick is a real estate professional who has been providing Southern California with excellent service for over 10 years. Joel is continually working to expand his knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate. His strong work ethic puts his clients’ interests before his own to provide the best service possible. He skillfully walks his clients through the entire process of buying or selling residential property, purchasing income and commercial real estate, foreclosures, and/or probate. Prior to developing his career in real estate, Joel worked as an IT Administrator, giving him unique insight into the technical aspects of buying and selling properties.

Joel holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. He regularly attends Gateway Friends Church, and in his spare time enjoys playing with kids, collecting coins, and exercising.
